Things are getting spooky at the Broadway. The Saskatoon Jazz Orchestra opens its 2026-27 season with Shadows & Swing, a Halloween night given over to the eerie and mischievous side of the jazz tradition. Film noir scores, minor-key standards, and big band showstoppers written for suspense all have a place on this programme, alongside the tunes that have always flirted with the supernatural.
Ghosts, monsters and the slow build of a classic thriller are all fair game. Come in costume if you dare, and join us for a night where the line between fear and fun is delightfully blurred.
