No, it's not just you—2026 has been challenging, in all ways. And you've been doing the best you can.You've journaled. You've written affirmations. You've offered up intentions to the moons. You've made every effort to manifest ease and grace and anything else that would make this year even slightly more bearable.
And yet, that heaviness seems to remain, no matter what you do, doesn't it? Cleverly hidden beneath your skin, deep in the muscles and bones that feel just out of reach. Maybe it shows up in a flattened voice, an apathetic heart, a void of anhedonia that takes up just a little too much space in the mind as you scroll endlessly through the night.
You haven't done anything wrong. You just haven't gotten down into where that density actually is—deep in the body.
And without a container, a guide, and safe, curated environment, that's somewhere most of us won't go ourselves.
You don't have to. This is the space.
Two hours. One process. No looking back.
Our time and space together will include:
⛦ an opening circle to set our container
⛦ a 60-minute, all-levels shadow yoga practice
⛦ a deep, guided group trancework experience
⛦ a curated alchemical sound + vibration infusion
⛦ an intuitively selected shungite palm stone with a gold emblazoned mantra for stability, local EMF filtering, negative ion neutralization, and balance.
Journaling helps the mind organize. Therapy helps us understand and put words to feelings. Affirmations and intentions allow us to direct our energy.
But until we take the brave step of getting down into the meat and sinew, the muscle and bone, to feel deeply and release with full presence, there the heaviness will stay.

Please be aware that all classes and events begin PROMPTLY at their start times, and we cannot guarantee that someone will be able to let you in after the doors have been locked. Please respect facilitators and other participants by arriving 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
