Whether you’re completely new to shadow work or have already begun your personal growth journey, this immersive experience is designed to help you uncover the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies that influence how you show up in your relationships, career, and everyday life.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll experience a blend of teachings, guided visualizations, experiential exercises, transformational processes, integration practices, and meaningful group experiences—all created to help you gain deeper insight into yourself while providing practical tools you can continue using long after the weekend ends.
This is more than a workshop—it’s an opportunity to explore the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen, understood, and integrated. As awareness grows, so does your ability to create lasting change, cultivate healthier relationships, and step more fully into the most authentic version of yourself.
No previous experience with shadow work is necessary—just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
As part of our Shadow Work Facilitator Certification, this weekend is being offered as our certification event. You can expect a fully facilitated, heart-centered experience led with care, integrity, and intention.
