Hold space for your shadow self while setting intentions for new beginnings during the darkest moon phase. We will be taking time to journal desires, visualize goals, creating vision-boards, and making plans to take inspired action, all while releasing old patterns to align with your soul’s path for a fresh start and growth in the year 2026. I will have copies of my shadow work journal for purchase to guide you on your journey to release your shadow self.
I will have light snacks and refreshments available. If you choose, you may wish to bring a blanket or pillow to get cozy while we work on our month’s activities.
If you plan to purchase a shadow work journal, please send me a message so I can make sure to have enough on hand. If you would rather use a notebook of your own, you may choose to bring it with you to each month’s meeting.
