*** PLEASE NOTE *THE LOCATION OF THIS AND ALL CLASSES. WE MOVED TO THE WATERFORD LOCATION (5221 HIGHLAND RD WATERFORD MI 48327) ON JUNE 1, 2026. ***Sgraffito Christmas Ornament Workshop
Create 8 One-of-a-Kind Handmade Ornaments!
Get into the holiday spirit and discover the fun of sgraffito, a simple and creative pottery technique that lets you turn colorful clay into beautiful, personalized ornaments!
In this one-day, beginner-friendly class, you'll make 13 ornaments using colorful underglazes applied to wet clay. Then, you'll carve through the color to reveal the clay underneath, creating your own unique designs, patterns, and festive details.
You'll have 5 extra pieces to practice your carving technique before creating your final designs, and you'll take home your 8 favorite finished ornaments!
After class, your ornaments will dry at my studio. I'll take care of the kiln firing, dip them in a clear glaze, and refine them so they're ready to hang on your tree, decorate your home, or give as handmade gifts.
Your finished ornaments will be ready for pickup December 14th, just in time for holiday decorating and gift-giving!
(Ribbon not included)
