We’d love to see you for two things on the same night:1. Special General Meeting (short and sweet)
To keep our income tax exemption with IRD, we need to make a few small wording changes to our constitution. These are housekeeping changes required by IRD. They don’t change how the club runs day to day, but they do keep more money in the club and on the hill. 🏔️
We need at least 10 financial members present to make the vote count, so please come along and have your say. Full details of the proposed changes will be emailed to all members.
2. End of Season Get-Together 🍻
Straight after the meeting, stick around for a drink, a bite and a yarn. This was the first season under our new operating model, and we want your honest feedback: what worked, what didn’t, and what we should do differently next winter.
