Join Edmar Luiz Xavier Neto, founder of EXA Group Canada, for the official launch of the SFRS Implementation Capacity Action Lab.
This interactive gathering brings together people working in economic development, tourism, agriculture, innovation and rural development.

- A short action-planning exercise to explore a practical first step.
- An introduction to six reusable tools for prioritization, evidence, partnerships and implementation.
- Conversations with people working on related community and organizational priorities.
- An opportunity to explore hosting the Action Lab for your team or a group of organizations you convene.

About the complete workshop
Available for organizations and municipalities to host from January 2027, the four-hour Action Lab guides each organization through developing a facilitator-checked 90-Day Community Action Charter, with a defined priority, practical milestones, proposed responsibilities, partner asks and measures of progress.
The launch provides a short preview of this experience.
