About this Event
Join us for a 90 minute lightly facilitated group conversation exploring our personal insights and reflections about practicing the dharma through a discussion about the selected book.
Out of respect for the group container, you are required to have read the book in order to participate, and because of that we intentionally select very short reads.
Please come with the parts that resonated with you, the parts that confused you, the parts you disagreed with, whatever! Together we will explore, share wisdoms, name what is difficult, and connect as we are.
This session's selection is: How To Fight by Thich Nhat Hanh
Learn how to relax the bonds of anger, attachment, and delusion through mindfulness and kindness toward ourselves and others. We recommend borrowing a copy from the library or purchasing one from a local book store.
