About this Event
Make this your quarterly reset.
A sacred pause in the year to soften, listen, and reconnect with the younger parts of you still waiting to be seen.
About This Experience
Hosted by Erica Nguyen, Founder of Sound Healing Project and Resident Sound Artist at Bituin Tattoo & Art Studio, this immersive sound bath invites you into a safe, enclosed container rooted in culture, identity, and community.
Each gathering is intentionally curated with a different combination of instruments — from expansive gongs to grounding singing bowls to delicate chimes — creating a unique vibrational landscape every quarter.
What to Expect
We begin by arriving together with tea, allowing the nervous system to settle and the space to feel like home. From there, you'll be guided into a full sound immersion designed to support inner-child healing, emotional release, and deep rest. We close with a brief moment of silence to integrate and honor whatever surfaced.
This Experience Is for You If…
- You're craving intentional time to reflect and reset
- You're exploring inner child work or emotional healing
- You want to be held in a culturally conscious, community-rooted space
- You simply need rest
No prior meditation experience needed. Just bring yourself.
You Are Welcome Here
This space holds everyone — moms, babies, elders, BIPOC, people with disabilities, and emotional support animals. There is no discrimination. We welcome and accept all of you.
You may encounter sounds and environmental noises along the way. We come not to judge, but to witness and understand. The world we live in is not one of isolation, but of community. Re-learning to coexist and integrate is the heart of this practice — to remember that we all belong. If this resonates deeply, please join us!
What to Bring
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything that helps you feel supported lying down for the duration of the sound bath.
About the Space
Bituin Tattoo & Art Studio is more than a studio — it is an artistic sanctuary. As Resident Sound Artist, Erica creates sound containers that honor lineage, lived experience, and collective healing.
Spots are intentionally limited to preserve intimacy. Reserve your place and give your inner child the space they deserve.
