Dear woman,
I invite you to join this bi-weekly circle, solely for women, dedicated to your sexual healing and freedom as a woman.
Part sharing circle, part practice circle, this is a space to be witnessed, to heal, and to reconnect with your body, sexuality and pleasure as a source of power and joy, not shame.
Every session consists of:
- Sharing - a space to speak and be heard, without judgment & listen to the experiences of other women
- Embodiment practice - healing methods drawn mostly from Taoism, bio-energetics and modern sex therapy
- Integration - time to land, reflect, and carry what's been opened with you
Who it's for
This circle is for you if you feel called to reclaim your sexuality, release old patterns and shame, and heal in community with other women. No experience is necessary, just an openness to explore your body, your sexuality, and your healing in community with others. This is an ongoing series (at least 6 sessions); you're welcome to join for a single session or attend regularly.

Walk to the second courtyard and take the stairs to the front door on the left.
Praxis Köpi is located on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. Only book a ticket if you can walk the stairs. The benefit: a beautiful private studio with loads of natural light.
!! Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time !!
Once we start the session, I can’t let you in anymore because it disturbs the class. Please do yourself and the group a favour by coming on time.

Hi! My name is Sophie. I've been deeply immersed in Tantra for the past 6 years. Completed two teacher trainings (700h in total) and have been teaching groups since 4 years now while also studying couples and sex therapy.
I create a space that is loving and nurturing, with a strong emphasis on ensuring that you feel save and supported. My workshops are gentle yet transformative, and always heart-centered.
