Come learn how to make a one-of-a-kind cover for your sewing machine! This class will teach you how to quilt a yard of fabric and turn it into a useful cover complete with pockets! (Who doesn’t love pockets?). This is a TWO NIGHT CLASS! Monday October 26th AND Saturday, November 7th from 5:30 to 8:30 PM.Sewing machines are available to rent for $10. If you do have your own machine, you are welcome to bring it, but it MUST have a walking foot for it. We do not sell them.
Supplies needed for this class:
Two yards of fabric (one yard for the inside and one for the outside) for a standard size sewing machine. For a larger machine you will want to increase the fabric to a
Bias tape to match fabric (Second night)
thread to match
batting
Fabric marking tool
Thread snips
There is a one time fee for this class - $60 covers both sessions!
