Have you started learning to sew something but get lost, stumped or made a mistake and not sure what to do next? This is the workshop for you! We will keep the group size small so we have time to help everyone.
We will cover common techniques and issues related to sewing, such as how to thread a machine, wind a bobbin, adding a zipper or button, hemming, hand stitching or troubleshoot a specific section of a pattern.
We will NOT be able to cover advanced techniques such as collared shirts, invisible zippers, fusing, jeans and coat making, or quilting.
Any sewing workshop with Craft Loft comes with a complimentary Sewing Help workshop. If you have not done a workshop with Craft Loft or if you have already attended a complimentary Sewing Help session, please purchase a ticket.
Thank you for your interest in this workshop! Just a note that this workshop needs a minimum of two attendees to run. In the rare case that no one else is signed up by a few days prior to the workshop time, we will reach out to let you know. If a workshop is canceled, your ticket will be either refunded via store credit or rescheduled, whichever you prefer.
Note: Please note that the "Help" workshops are meant to help clarify something you've already learned or teach it in another way to enhance understanding. It's not meant to teach techniques that are completely new to you. For those, please take the workshop that is meant to teach that technique.
