This introductory course will cover essential skills and techniques needed to get you started on your sewing adventure.Beginner Class - This class is designed for adults with little to no sewing experience.
It's best to learn on the machine you will use, Bring your own if you have one. (Instructor has machines available if needed for $5.00 per lesson. Please email [email protected] if you need one.)
We will go over machine basics. (Bring your instruction book if bringing your own machine)
Understanding you Sewing Machine: Learn the parts and functions of a sewing machine - threading, bobbin winding, tension, and troubleshooting
Essential tools and materials: get acquainted with the basic tools you will need including thread, fabric, scissors, and measuring tape.
Safety Tips: Learn important safety tips to ensure a safe and enjoyable sewing experience.
