About this Event

In this hands-on session you will learn all the key skills you need to walk away feeling confident to start your sewing journey, and take away your very own handmade tote bag.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • How to thread and adjust a sewing machine to suit your project.
  • How to adjust stitch length, and sew straight and curved stitches.
  • How an overlocker can be used for finishing work on future projects.

Our 101 workshops are a great way to gain some new skills and explore creative tools learning from experienced local creatives in an inclusive space.
