Seven Chakras: An IntroductionApproximately 60 minutes
Investment: $33
Curious about chakras but not really sure where to start? Or maybe you know a little about them and want to better understand how they all work together?
This beginner-friendly class will introduce you to the seven main chakras, what each one represents, and why keeping them balanced and working together can be important for your overall energetic well-being.
We’ll talk about each chakra from the Root to the Crown, including where it is located, what it represents, signs you may feel out of balance, and simple ways you can support it. We’ll also discuss crystals that are commonly associated with each chakra and how you can use them as a tool for intention, grounding, and energetic balance.
The class will include light journaling, simple visualization practices, and end with a guided meditation through all seven chakras to help you feel grounded, balanced, aligned, and connected.
No previous knowledge or experience with chakras or meditation is needed.
I recommend having:
• A notebook and pen
• A quiet, comfortable space
• Any crystals you’d like to have nearby, although crystals are not required
This is an introductory class covering the basics of all seven chakras. For those wanting to go deeper, Hope also teaches individual chakra classes at Peace, Love & Crystal Healing, where we spend an entire class focusing on one chakra at a time.
A new series will begin with the Root Chakra, with the date to be announced.
Come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself an hour to learn, reflect, and reconnect.
