I lost the bet, and the Sycamore High School Girls Flag Football team is the real winner. I’m just the guy in the hat.Monday, November 9, from 6 to 8 PM, I’ll be bartending at Hobnobbers Food & Spirits in full Packers gear, cheesehead included. Mike has been a great host and has the hat ready. I’ve been practicing. So far I can say “What can I get you?” very confidently, and that’s about it.
Every tip left during those two hours will be matched and donated to the team. The servers will keep their tips, so Mike and I have agreed to match that amount ourselves. Straight donations are welcome that night too.
Pizza is half off, dine in, so come hungry. Thank you to Mike and the whole Hobnobbers crew for having me, and thank you to everyone coming out for these girls. Be patient with the new guy, and tip like the team is counting on it. Give this a share, so the whole community can help celebrate this opportunity to support the team.
