ServSafe has been the industry standard since 1919 in training millions of people on how to receive, store, prepare, and serve food safely. Through the Cooperative Extension Service, we offer training and certifications for the ServSafe Food Handler, ServSafe Manager, and ServSafe Instructor & Proctor programs.When: November 5, 2026

Class is currently limited to 12 people and will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please pick up your book as soon as possible, so you will have plenty of time to study.
- This class will be offered primarily in English. If you need a translator for another language, contact [email protected].
- Every participant must have access to a book during the class.
- The person registered must be the person taking the class and exam.
- First-time certification candidates must complete the entire training course and exam.

Option 2: ServSafe Manager's Course + Exam $80.00 (Only available to those who already have a current book)
