The ServSafe Manager Course delivers that foundation in a focused, full‑day format, combining the ServSafe Manager textbook with approved video instruction to cover the essentials every operator is expected to know. Participants who pass the exam earn a nationally recognized ServSafe Manager Certification from NRA Solutions, valid for five years.
Attendees who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will receive a certification from NRA Solutions which is nationally recognized and valid for 5 years. The 8-hour course (including a lunch break) will utilize the ServSafe Manager Book and approved videos.
