The Spanish-language ServSafe Manager course hosted by the Cumberland County Department of Public Health will be held on November 3rd, 5th, 10th, and 12th (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from 1:30-5:30 p.m. The registration deadline is October 26th.This 16-hour course helps food service professionals learn how to prevent foodborne illness, improve food safety practices, and better prepare for health inspections.
