A special day of wellbeing activities to help you relax, restore and replenish your body and mind.
How will it work?
No ticket needed, just turn up. Some of the sessions will be drop in so have a wander around the garden and book in when the practitioners have availability. Others will need booking in advance and these booking links will be shown below once they are up and live. Each practitioner will have their own price range set on the day.
What will be there?
Sound Healing - One 45 min session at 2pm, book here
Gentle Yoga - 45 min sessions throughout the day, book here
Forest Bathing - One morning and one afternoon session, booking details to follow
Ikebana (Japanese flower arranging) - Free drop in morning session, longer afternoon session, booking details to follow

MUD Kitchen will be serving homecooked nutritious hot food and drinks, and our on site baker Katie will have a range of freshly baked treats. You can also just come to the garden to relax in nature, and not join any of the sessions.
Can I bring my...?
Of course! Kids and dogs are welcome. We have an accessible toilet with baby changing facilities and a ramp. Our site is flat with a mixture of hardstanding, woodchip and grass paths.
