Serenity Sound Healing and Meditation with Bhante Chan and Lucy Sky

Join our Sound Bath Meditation for rest, balance, and gentle renewal with Serenity Sound Healing. Bhante Chan, a Buddhist monk, will open the session with a Loving-Kindness meditation, supported by Lucy Sky, a certified sound healer, using crystal bowls and a variety of instruments, including Tibetan bowls, gong, and Koshi bells.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure your spot. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything you need to feel comfortable.
