This beautiful collaboration brings together Moon Fox Frequency and Looking After Me for and experience that combines deep relaxation with an empowering challenge designed to show you just how capable you really are.
We'll begin with a relaxing sound bath from Moon Fox Frequency, giving you the opportunity to switch off from the outside world, quieten your mind and simply be.
Then you'll be guided through an empowering ceremonial glass walk. Walking barefoot across broken glass might sound impossible. And that's exactly the point. The glass walk is a powerful experience of mindset, trust and self-belief. It's about challenging the thoughts that tell you "I can't" and stepping beyond your comfort zone and discovering what you're capable of when you believe in yourself.
This is isn't about being fearless. It's about feeling the fear and choosing to take the step anyway.
Throughout the evening there will be space for connection, reflection and silence, allowing you to switch off from the outside world and go within to have your own personal experience.
