✨ Opening Circle — Settle into the day with guided meditation and breathwork led by Michelle Janine, an embodiment coach specializing in breathwork, nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, and EFT tapping.
✨ Yoga — Ground into your body with intentional, restorative movement.
✨ Cacao Experience — Slow down and enjoy cacao as part of our shared retreat experience.
✨ Guided Sauna + Cold Plunge Ritual — An immersive contrast therapy experience featuring rounds of sauna, cold plunge, aromatic steam, essential oils, and music.
✨ Free Time + Wellness Experiences — Space to explore curated experiences, connect, relax, and receive.
✨ Self-Serve Lunch + Light Refreshments — Nourishing bites and refreshments to enjoy throughout the retreat.
