I have been working on this little project for the last 6 months and I am happy to finally invite you to join in for its inaugural run!Cambio Yoga Teaching Lab: Sequencing is an 10 hour learn-at-your-own pace on-demand CEU module designed for yoga teachers who want to deepen the craft of sequencing classes with greater intention, creativity, and confidence.
This curriculum was inspired to be accessible to the newly graduated 200 student and have enough head room for the 300 hour grad or experienced teacher to truly grow from...I promise this take on sequencing will be sure to spark some inspiration and insights for you!
We’ll explore three different approaches—Balance, EmPower, and Twists—not as sequences to memorize, but as laboratories for understanding HOW a sequence works in different planes of approach. Through full practices, sequencing overviews that explore key ideas, adjusting videos, and a master worksheet that incorporates integrative cueing, teaching principles, and applied assignments, that look at the thinking that often remains invisible in a really good class.
We’ll begin with a live kickoff on Tuesday, October 27 from 5:45-6:45, available both in person at Austin Bluffs Cambio or on Zoom. This will be our chance to introduce the course, explore how to get the most from the material, answer questions, and talk about follow-up support as you begin developing your own work.
From there, you’ll have 6+ hours of recorded material to work through at your own pace, including three full-length practices and a Build-Your-Own Sequencing Practicum that moves you from studying the ideas to actually putting them into practice.
