Pilates is one of the most effective practices you can do for your body. It builds deep core strength, improves posture, and trains more efficient, pain-free movement from the inside out. It's precise, breathwork-driven, and incredibly complementary to the mobility and fascial work The Stretch Space is already known for.
Together, they cover all the bases: length, strength, and a nervous system that finally feels settled.
This series moves through the fundamentals of mat Pilates with clear progressions and plenty of options, so every body has a place in the room. No experience necessary.
Jenny Tecklenburg is a certified mat Pilates teacher, holistic personal trainer, and breathwork practitioner. She brings warmth, deep expertise, and a genuine belief that everyone deserves to feel strong and supported in their body.
Beginners welcome. All ages and bodies encouraged.
