💖 As summer begins to soften and the Autumn Equinox draws closer, you are warmly invited to join me in the beautiful and atmospheric setting of Dunster Tithe Barn for an evening of deep rest, healing sound and stillness. There are moments in the year that seem to invite us to pause... to take stock of all that has grown, and to notice what we are now ready to gather, release or simply appreciate.
There is nothing you need to do.
Simply make yourself comfortable, allow your body to soften, and let the sounds and vibrations of the gongs wash gently through you — soothing the nervous system, easing tension and inviting a profound sense of rest.
Featuring a beautiful range of symphonic and planetary gongs, Native American flute, voice and silence, this is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and simply be.
Afterwards, we'll gather for our popular gong tea and homemade treat before returning gently to the evening. 💚

ABOUT GONG BATHS
Wonderfully restorative and deeply relaxing, sound healing is an ancient practice that has been used for thousands of years.
The sounds and vibrations of the gongs can encourage the mind and body into a state of deep rest, helping to soothe the nervous system and support a sense of wellbeing.
"Alexandra is a highly experienced, sensitive and intuitive practitioner. We had never experienced a gong bath before and this was an amazing day. We came away feeling completely relaxed and 'in tune'. It is extremely healing and beautiful and we would recommend it to anyone, for any reason."
PLEASE NOTE
Gong baths are not suitable for anyone who has had major surgery within the previous six weeks, those who experience epilepsy or seizures, or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you wear hearing aids, please switch them off during the session.
