Across three hours, we work through the gateways of sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste—not as concepts, but as lived experience. Through the senses, we explore the physical, mental, and energetic layers of the male body.
This is not about performance.
It’s about presence.
THE PRACTICE
As the seasons shift, so does the body.
With the arrival of spring and the rise toward summer, we work with the energy of light, warmth, and expansion—awakening what is ready to grow, to open, to come forward.
There is a natural movement in you toward aliveness.This work supports that movement.
You’ll be guided through solo, partner, and group exercises, designed to activate the senses and bring awareness into the body. As sensitivity deepens, energy begins to move—individually and collectively.
We work simply.
We work honestly.
We let the body lead.
