Join us at Restore Studio in Annapolis for Sensual Connection for Couples, an afternoon designed to deepen your bond and bring more aliveness into the space between you.
In this guided experience, you'll slow down together and explore mindful communication, presence practices, and the subtle art of tuning into your own body… and your partner's. We'll work with sensory awareness, rediscovering the power of touch, sight, sound, and scent, and you'll leave with a renewed sense of curiosity about what's possible in your relationship.
This workshop is ideal for couples who want more presence, more joy, and more of that slow, intentional connection that everyday life tends to crowd out.
All are welcome, no previous experience necessary. Come with an open mind, and leave feeling more connected, more in tune, and more curious about each other.
