The holidays are full of excitement, but the sights, sounds, and activity of a traditional Santa visit can feel overwhelming for some children. Our Sensory-Friendly Santa Experience offers a calmer, more comfortable opportunity for children with significant sensitivities to meet Santa and enjoy a special holiday moment at their own pace. Taking place before the Midwest Fest Holiday Market opens, this special experience will feature dimmed lighting, lowered music volume, and a quiet, activity-free space to help create a more comfortable environment for children who may find busy holiday events overwhelming.
Reservations are limited and intended for children with significant sensory sensitivities who would benefit from these accommodations. We kindly ask families to reserve a spot if a traditional Santa photo experience would be challenging for their child. Please request a reservation with a date preference by emailing [email protected].
