Join us for a low-impact, sensory-friendly Trunk or Treat for friends with special needs and their families!
Saturday, October 24, 2026 • 11AM–1PM
Faith Community Church
105 N 68th Ave, Coopersville, MI
This not-so-spooky Halloween event is designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for individuals and families of all ages and abilities.
11:00–11:30 AM: Families needing additional accommodations can register for a 5-minute time slot for an even lower-impact experience.
11:30 AM–1:00 PM: Everyone is welcome to join us—no registration needed!

There is no age or ability limit, and the entire family is invited!

Volunteers Needed for Sensory Friendly Indoor Trunk or Treat!
Saturday, October 24, 2026 | 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
We are excited to host our Sensory Friendly Indoor Trunk or Treat and are looking for volunteers to help make this a fun and welcoming experience for families!
Host a Table
We are asking table hosts to decorate a 4-foot table and pass out candy and non-food treats to attending families.
• Please provide at least 150 pieces of candy
• Non-candy treats will also be provided for each table on the day of the event
• Plan to set up between 10:00–10:30 AM
To help create a sensory-friendly environment, we ask table hosts to follow these guidelines:
• No masks or painted faces for hosts
• Nothing too scary
• No flashing lights
• No loud music
• No clowns
Let your imagination run wild as you transform your table into a Halloween Wonderland! Create a magical, spooky, or whimsical experience that families of all abilities can enjoy.
Additional Volunteers Needed
We also need volunteers to help with:
• Welcoming families
• Providing and/or serving snacks
• Engaging with our guests throughout the event
