What if our local food system could be healthier for people, better for the soil, richer in wildlife and more resilient for the future?
For more than 30 years, Rod has worked with organic farming, permaculture, resilient local food systems and wildlife, while running Backsbottom Farm, where he used to raise sheep and is now ready to retire.
This isn't simply a talk about farming. It's an opportunity to question how our food is produced, where it comes from and what kind of food system we want to leave for the future.
