Join the DC Food Policy Council's Urban Agriculture Working Group for an in-person tour of Sennel Gardens.About this Event
Join the Urban Agriculture Working Group at Sennel Gardens for our final farm tour of 2026.
Led by Emmanuel "Manny" McDaniel, Sennel Gardens' mission is to transform vacant lots around DC into vibrant, productive communal farms. Learn how Manny used resources such as the District's Urban Farm Tax Abatement program to turn two vacant lots in Ward 7 into active food-producing farm sites.
After the tour, we will share updates from the working group.
