Senior Wellness Works is a program designed to help adults 55+ take care of their health in ways that feel real, simple, and easy to keep up with.

This is not about strict rules or doing everything perfectly. It’s about learning what works for you—based on your daily life, your routines, and your culture.

Each session offers a welcoming space where you can learn, connect, and build healthy habits at your own pace.

What to Expect:

• Easy, clear conversations about health—no stress, no pressure
• Simple ways to manage conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure
• A friendly space to connect with others and share experiences
• Support that respects your lifestyle, culture, and personal choices
• Raffles, hands-on activities, and time to learn from each other

Program Details:

• Lunch provided
• $5 incentive per class
• Open to adults ages 55 and older
