Senior Wellness Day is coming Friday, October 30, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at our Ann B. Reichsman Community Health Center.
Join us for an afternoon focused on healthy aging, featuring a cooking demonstration with Chef Peggi Cruz of Cha’Firo Catering, chair yoga with Taty Ramirez, and chat with our providers. We’ll also have raffles, refreshments, and an optional costume contest!
