The Senior Staff Forum
The Senior Staff Forum brings together staff in paid leadership roles from across the sector, representing a wide range of causes and organisations of different sizes.
It offers a supportive space to step back from day-to-day pressures and connect with peers to share and learn from different perspectives on leadership challenges.
Each session includes:
- A guest speaker offering insight on a relevant topic
- Focused group discussion shaped by the questions, challenges, and priorities of those attending
Lunch is provided. Please let us know of any special dietary requirements
Participants are encouraged to submit any specific questions or challenges they would like to bring to the group in advance.
