Meet representatives from local organizations ready to help you thrive, including Asera Care Hospice, Cornerstone Caregiving, Forever Learning Institute, HealthLinc, Healthwin Rehabilitation, Hellenic Senior Living, Oak Street Health, Paul Eash Elder Law, Portage Township Trustee, PrimeCare, REAL Services, Silver Birch of Mishawaka, SJRMC Insurance Services, SouthernCare Hospice, St. Joseph County PACE, St. Joseph County Public Library, Trailpoint Village, Veterans Services and Wellbrooke of South Bend.
The St. Joseph County Health Department will also offer COVID-19, flu and pneumonia vaccinations.
