The event will feature:
-Educational presentations on estate planning, Medicaid and long-term care, senior living options, powers of attorney, housing, and other legal issues affecting older adults
-Free breakfast and lunch
-Free legal consultations where attendees can register in advance for a free, 30-minute consultation with a volunteer attorney. Consultations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and require registration.
-The Nancy M. Sills ’76 Memorial Lecture & Lunch: Financial Exploitation of Older Adults with Hon. Brett R. Eby, District Attorney for Saratoga County, and Elizabeth Loewy, Co-Founder and COO of EverSafe
-Information tables featuring local organizations and community resources
