About this Event
Join us in December for this dedicated session designed for parent carers like you, to explore transition planning and the support available for your child.
The event will open with presentations from our guest speakers, who will walk you through the different options and pathways for transition into adulthood. After the presentations, you will have time for small-group informal discussions at your tables. This is a chance to ask the speakers questions, share your own experiences, voice concerns and tell us what support you need.
This is a safe, supportive space to learn, connect with other parent carers and gain practical insight to help you plan ahead.
Join us over a cup of tea and coffee and share a selection of pastries
No prior knowledge needed.
This session may be particularly useful for parent carers of young people aged 14 upwards.
