Funded SEND Soft Play & Sensory SessionWhere Everyone Belongs – Inclusive Events for SEND Families
Just Being Me Events Collective CIC is delighted to offer a fully funded, exclusive SEND soft play and sensory session at John Bunyan Sports & Fitness Centre in Bedford, thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund.
AGE GUIDANCE: This session is suitable for children aged 10 and under.
This dedicated session gives children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) the opportunity to enjoy an inclusive, welcoming environment with exclusive use of the venue, helping families enjoy a fun experience in a more relaxed setting.

Who Can Attend?
This session is specifically for children aged 10 and under with SEND and their families and carers.
Please note: The age restriction applies to children using the soft play equipment.
Our aim is to create a welcoming environment where children can participate at their own pace, have fun and enjoy being themselves.

This event forms part of our Where Everyone Belongs: Inclusive Events for SEND Families project, made possible thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund.
Our goal is to create opportunities where SEND children, young people and their families can come together, have fun and feel that they truly belong.

As this project is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, photographs and/or video footage may be taken during the event for use by Just Being Me Events Collective CIC and/or The National Lottery Community Fund for promotional, publicity, reporting and evaluation purposes.
By obtaining a ticket for this event, you acknowledge and agree to this photography and filming notice and waive any right to object to the use of images or footage in which you or your child may appear, in accordance with the purposes outlined above.
We understand that some families may not wish to be photographed or filmed.
If you or your child do not wish to appear in any photographs or video footage, please speak to a member of the Just Being Me Events Collective CIC team when you arrive at the event. We will do our best to ensure that you or your child are not included in promotional photography or filming.
Food & Refreshments
Food and refreshments may be available to purchase directly from John Bunyan Sports & Fitness Centre during the session.
Please note that any food or refreshments purchased and consumed at the venue are the responsibility of the venue and not Just Being Me Events Collective CIC.
If you or your child has any allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements, please speak directly to the venue regarding ingredients, allergens and food preparation.
