She started her journey with nosework in 2019, training with Blacky, a fearful dog adopted from a shelter. In 2021, after lots of training, she won the title of Champion of the Polish Nosework
League. In the same year, she passed exams to become both an instructor and a judge for the Polish Nosework League, marking the next step in her commitment to developing nosework in
Poland. Working with a fearful dog and competing in events helped Agnieszka develop a special sensitivity in working with dogs, improve her observation skills, and take a creative approach to training. She now uses these skills successfully as an instructor, helping others grow their teams.
Her experience in organizing sports events and her ability to analyze things carefully have
made her one of respected nosework judges in Poland.
She judged many competitions in Poland, where she was always involved in educating current and future judges. For training judges in the Polish Nosework League, done with Piotr Awencki,
Agnieszka created an educational game, which is now used by other trainers in Poland as well. Under the name "Co Pies Na To," she helped organize many workshops and camps for competitors, including a training camp for nosework instructors and judges this year. On her Instagram profile (@aga_koss_), she runs a series called "NoseKorki," where she shares tips on how to create nosework rings in a smart and effective way.
Agnieszka regularly trains both competitors at different levels and other instructors. However, her greatest satisfaction comes from working with fearful dogs and introducing new teams to the
world of nosework, helping them succeed and build a strong bond with their dogs.

SATURDAY
10:00 Lecture: Key Aspects of Working as a Nosework Coach & Judge (2-3h)
• Working with the client (contact; relationship building; motivation for development)
• Working with the dog (dog temperament and choice of working methods; reward methods)
• Working with a team (communication; independence versus cooperation)
•Working as judge
Lunch break (30-60 min)
13:45-17:45 Individual Training Sessions (6 teams × 30 min each, 15 min break after every 2 teams, open to all interested observers)
SUNDAY
9:00 Lecture: Designing and Analyzing Search Areas (with short coffee break)
• Elements of ring analysis
• Search tactics
• Is the same ring the same for everyone?
Lunch break (30-60 min)
13:00-16:00 Group work: designing search areas and practical work with dogs. That's a great learning block for everybody, not only for judges and trainers.
You can entry the seminar without dog for 1 day (80euro) or 2 days (130euro). Participants for 2 days will became the sertificate. All spots with dogs are still booked. You can enter to reserve waiting list.
