Throughout the weekend, we explore the inner limbs of the yogic path. We move through mantra, asana, and pranayama, as well as mudras and bandhas. As the practice gradually deepens into pratyahara, there may arise a natural glimpse of dharana. These subtle practices support the gradual withdrawal of the mind, opening a space for inner clarity and stillness.Saturday 24.04.2027, 09:30am - 12:30pm
