And sometimes, you just need to step away.
A Day For You is an afternoon to put the business aside for a few hours and do something for you, your body, your mind and your social life. ✨
Join us at Pure Align Studios for a relaxed afternoon of mat Pilates, refreshments and connection with other women in business who understand the realities of building something of your own.
Come move your body, switch off from work for a little while, have a drink, chat, meet new women and hopefully leave feeling refreshed rather than thinking about your next to-do list.
Because taking time for yourself isn't a luxury. You deserve a day away from the business too. 🩷

You don’t have to be self-employed, a business owner or a fitness girlie to join us. Whether you’re ambitious, creative, career-driven, just getting started, or simply looking for a lovely afternoon to move, unwind and meet new women — you’re welcome.

A guided Mat Pilates session suitable for all levels, including beginners. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or already love a good Pilates session, you’re welcome. 🩷
🥂 REFRESHMENTS & GIRL TIME
Take some time to unwind, grab a refreshment and enjoy a relaxed afternoon with the SEGC community.

Meet other women who can relate to the highs, lows, wins, stress and everything in between that comes with working for yourself.

No pitching. No pressure. No business talk unless you want it. Just an afternoon to pause, breathe and enjoy yourself.
