Using conscious connected breath and immersive audio headsets, you'll be guided through a powerful breathwork journey designed to help your body release tension, come out of survival mode and reconnect with a sense of safety, calm and presence.
You don't need any experience.
You don't need to share your story.
You don't need to explain anything.
Just bring yourself.
