In this hands-on workshop, you will learn effective strategies to address the three key stages of escalating aggression, including:
* Maintaining awareness of your surroundings
* Using your voice as a deterrent to violence
* Disabling and escaping an aggressor
Come by yourself or with a friend! Everyone age 13 and up is welcome to attend the workshop; no martial arts experience is required.
