Step into your soft era with us — a gentle space to recharge, renew, and pour into yourself before you pour into others. Self-Care Sunday: Mindful Moves invites you into an afternoon filled with movement, mindfulness, and nourishing community energy.

This free wellness experience includes Zumba, Sound Bowl Healing, and Yoga, all led by local Charlotte creatives and instructors who bring their own unique gifts to help guide your healing, grounding, and movement journey. All levels are truly welcome — beginners and experienced movers alike.

This is your safe space to breathe, stretch, dance, and reconnect with yourself. Bring a friend, bring your family, or come as you are — all are welcome.

Session 1 &2: For Dance Fitness Dance Fitness: Classes will take place across from the gym.

Class 1: 2:00 pm-2:30pm ( First class)

Transition time: 2:30pm-2:35pm

Class 2: 2:35pm-3:05 pm ( Last class)

Session 1& 2: For Yoga and Sound Bowl ( Class will take place across from Multipurpose room AB)

Session 1: Yoga: 2:00 pm-2:30 pm

Transition time : 2:30pm-2:35pm ( Transition time to go into Sound Bowl)

Sound Bowl: 2:35 pm-3:05pm

Session 2: (Last session)Yoga: 3:05 pm-3:35 pm( 30 Mins Yoga class)

Transition: 3:35 pm-3:40 pm ( 5 Mins Transition to go into Sound Bowl)

Sound Bowl: 3:40 pm-4:00 pm ( 25 mins Sound Bowl)
