Self Care Floral Design Workshop

Join us for a guided sensory workshop where you’ll design your own floral arrangement while learning simple ways to weave flowers into self-care rituals that help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. Think beautiful blooms, calming practices, and a room full of lovely humans.

Floral design will be led by Jori Foreman, owner of Romee Willow Florals, whose painter’s eye brings thoughtful color and texture to every arrangement.

The somatic experience will be guided by Stephanie Smith, a NeuroSoma yoga trained teacher with over a decade of experience helping people reconnect with their mind and body.
