�� Good morning, Quad Cities Home Childcare Providers!This is Fatmata your SEIU childcare union organizer and me and my member leaders, Essi Amadou and I would like to have an in-person meeting before the end of this year, in November or December 2026 to connect, share updates, and discuss important topics. This meeting will also give us an opportunity to sign up new members for our Childcare Union and encourage current members to continue participating and staying active.
We are preparing for bargaining in 2027, and we need everyone to be ready and involved. Every provider’s voice matters, and we need everyone’s voice to be heard so we can win a better, stronger contract with improved working conditions and benefits.
