Ever notice you react the same way in many arguments? Or notice a pattern that feels unresolved no matter how hard you try?

A lot of what we carry didn't start with us. It came down through the family, quietly, and shows up in how we love, how we talk, and what we keep repeating.

This workshop allows space to look at that, and shift and unblock what is stuck so that flow can happen.

🍫 We begin with cacao. A slow, heart-opening ceremony to arrive, settle in, and meet the group.

🌳 Then Family Constellation. Working with people in the room to represent yourself, what's stuck, or even family members, you get to see the hidden dynamics in your own life laid out in front of you. Often one moment of seeing is enough to change how a situation feels.

📚 We offer optional Akashic Records, booked before the session. A quiet, reflective space to bring your questions and listen for what comes up.

You don't need experience with any of this. Come as you are.

Seeing it clearly is where letting go starts.
