🌱 Seeds of Recovery: Peer Support Group
Offered both in-person and online!
Seeds of Recovery is a trauma-informed and inclusive peer support group that offers a reimagined approach to the traditional 12 Steps of Recovery. This program provides a compassionate space for individuals seeking personal growth, healing, and connection through shared experiences and creative reflection.
Each weekly session explores one of the 12 Seeds of Recovery, focusing on principles such as awareness, safety, boundaries, and community. Participants engage in guided discussions, mindfulness practices, and optional creative exercises such as art or journaling. The group emphasizes empathy, self-awareness, and mutual respect—supporting recovery as an ongoing process of growth.
Schedule: Tuesdays, 4:00–5:30 PM
