Seed saving is a great way to save money and it’s important work for maintaining biological diversity, plus it’s fun to share with your friends!
We’ll talk about what varieties can be saved (and what can’t), the logistics of saving different kinds of crops, and how to process and store your seeds once you harvest them.
We’ll do some hands on processing so you have some seeds to take home!
